The University of San Carlos of Guatemala, a partner of the PROF-XXI project, conducted the course “Tutoring and Teaching Competencies” in the month of March. This course is part of the PROF-XXI teacher training program and was specifically aimed at the teaching staff currently working at the university.
This course aimed to refresh and enhance the teaching staff’s skills in efficiently utilizing technological resources for their course development. More than 320 teachers from various university centers and faculties across the nation participated in the course.
This is how PROF-XXI continues to fulfill its overall goal: “Building Capacities for the Development of Teaching and Learning Centers (CEAs) for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Latin America in the 21st century.”
